The exhibition presented by Richárd Róbert Rácz research fellow of the Roma Initiatives Office, Open Society Foundation 

 

Parallel to the conference “Seeking Enviromental Justice through Energy Poverty Alleviation among Roma”, there is a photo exhibition which illustrates the energy challenges of the poorest households in Hungary and Slovakia. Additionally, local energy programs on local biomass production are presented through a display of a biomass briquette press machine(s) and stove prototype. The exhibition aims to raise awareness of the audience about the level of energy poverty of Roma and to

present some of the used technologies.

 

The machines of the exhibition can be seen only on December 9, but the photos of the exhibition are displayed until January 15, 2016.
